Description:	I require a betting site which is based around PayPal payments only. I would like a site similar to that of the major betting sites, at least front end anyway. I would need a fully functional adminstration program which allows myself to log in and enter all bets for the web site with their respective odds and closing dates etc. Customers would need to be able to log in and deposit money into their account using PayPal. They would then use the money in their account to place bets. I would need some way of automatically sending payments back to users PayPal accounts or at least have a very efficient manual system to do this. Please get in touch with time duration and cost.
