Description:	I have a main page that I would like to have added to my site. The site is in template form right now and will need to be integrated with V-Bulletin. Here are the features I will need the template to be able to perform in the end: - I will need a login page implemented on the index page that is integrated into V-Bulletin so users will be able to login from the main page rather than going to the forums to do so. -Announcements section -Custom links for gaming clans -Will need to be able to view most of the items that are included in the quick links section of my site to be added when a user logs in.
