Have spent hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars looking for a good designer the past few weeks and every single person was either a flake or a schill from some stupid competitor trying to get into our business... real boring guys. If you are are good, wait make that GREAT Designer I want to work with you. Have more work than I know what do with. Deliver well on this first little project and I will hire you at $11hr to start. Will give you a raise in 30 days once you have shown me I can depend on you. Heck I will pay you just about anything you like, if you have the talent and can prove your professionalism and dependability and can hang in there for 30 days. Going to ban every robot bid.
