Description:	Need an experienced web author with excellent graphics skills. No beginners please. You need to have experience with html and graphics. Flash skills are a plus but not required for this project. Only an experienced graphics artist need apply. The web pages need to load fast and the website should look good in all major browsers. I need the home page and one child/inside page to be designed. No off the shelf templates please. This needs to be a one of a kind custom web site that looks great!!! For the programmer/designer that is interested in this project, I want to see a portfolio of your work before I make a decision. An initial mock up showing me your graphics skills would be nice. I have enclosed word doc that illustrates the text that needs to be on the home page. It will also hopefully give you some ideas for design for the index.html.
