Description:	I own a network of websites and looking to make a 100% unique simple design that I can use across all of them. Currently they have the same look and feel but this is used on sites not owned by me. I want to be able to take a template, change colors and graphics and use on a new site. This design needs to be simple, unique and easily changed by way of maybe a header/footer/side setup.
