works, or a combination of the two. 1) Business/corporate type website + logo This site will market professional consulting services for businesses and individuals who need project assistance in one region of the world. So a nice looking front page with 2-4 other pages providing some more info. Should be extremely clean, simple, and professional looking. Not overdone like many business websites....I want simplicity and compactness. A simple logo will be needed as well. More details later. 2) Content/forum site + logo This site will focus on one particular topic, US real estate market. Part of the home page will be posting of news articles so I need a simple web-based CMS system. The only other major part will be a user forum, with the last 10 or so forum topics on the front page, and the rest of the forum on another page. You can link it up to a 3rd party forum board service if you want. There should be some room on the front page for ads and Adsense. A simple logo will be needed as well. I want to do both sites, but I may not do number 2. Number 1 is certain. But quote both sites now. I would like one provider to do both. Budget is limited, so would like to find a newcomer who needs a good review in exchange for a good price. Again, these need to be pretty simple. Should take a day or so for a pro. STOPzilla!
