XHTML/CSS work done. The job requires you to make out several pages in the simplest cleanest XHTML you can write. Absolutely NO tables! NO TABLES! Even on the forms, I want no tables! Also, no need to worry about graphic design. I have already hired a designer so I only need black and white XHTML and CSS. In the supporting document I have attached you will find several forms/pages that I need coded in html. Much of the PDF you can ignore, just focus on the pictures. Here is a list of the forms I need that are shown in the packet: 1. Instructor View 2. Class Manager Home Instructor View 3. Student View 4. Student Class View 5. Student Signup 6. Schedule Appointment form 7. Submit file form 8. Submit Link form 9. Post Announcement form 10. Add Student form 11. Create Class form 12. Post Thread form Also I need 2 forms not shown in the packet, a simple contact form (name, email, comments) and login (username password, submit). I need each html form/page to be coded in xhtml/css and I want also each form/page in JPG form as well (the easiest way to accomplish this is to take a screenshot and crop the image). In the instructor and student views I want sample data in the HTML similar to what I have in the PDF screenshots. There are several things I do not need coded that are in the PDF packet such as the message board and several tables. Don't worry about those. I will require a small sample of work. Preferably one view (such as the instructor view) and/or one of the forms (such as add student). This is a very simple job, there is no need to make any of the links work, or anything function. I do want all of the fields in the forms to have names. And I want the names of the form elements to begin with "txt". So for a name textbox I would want "txtName". For email I want "txtEmail", etc. Thank you! NOTE: Please do not email me, call me, or IM me without my explicit written permission.
