Description:	I'm the owner of WiseSubmit.com. I recently had the site developed and it will serve as a file hosting site. I am currently searching for a web designer who can provide the following things: A simple, fast loading site design. The layout must be fully coded so that I can start adding content as soon as I get the design. I would prefer the template to look something like yousendit.com. Be as unique as you can, while keeping a clean, simplistic vibe. An unique logo for the site. The logo must be placed on the template (on the header). Be as creative as possible here.
