Description:	We need a dedicated graphic designer to work with our team in creating a 3gforfree.com / zingy.com clone. the first part of this project will be to create a template. please see the attached clone, a designer made it for me, but i cant seem to remember who it was, and now just about anyone can take credit for it, so we want it re-created. Once this template is done and we are happy with your service, we will hire you on a perment based to help create all the other graphics for the site, like buttons etc. if you can stay within our budget, and can provide a mock up, the project is yours :) Thanks and happy bidding.
