Description:	Website needs bit of a make over and i need a TOP quality header and footer designed, please only apply if you can create top quality header/footers. If you can only do graphics it's not a problem, I can hire php programmer after to put it into the site. I have a good header now but it's dull and we need more links going in so the design wont work. Please reply with samples of your work.
