Membership area must include the following sections: ---------------------------------------------------- 1. E-mail Consulting (through a ticketing system and then stored in the 'knowledge base' database in order for members to easily search and find what they need) 2. Live Chat Consulting (I already have the script, which is Help Center Live and must be implement into the members area) 3. Online VIP Appointments Program (members will choose a date for an additional fee in order to have their coach anytime they need to. 4. Members-Only Forum (where members can get expert advice and correspond with other members from all over the world) 5. Members-Only Live Chat Rooms (where members can get exchange informations in real time with other members) 6. Weekly Conference Training Call section (a chat room place where company's team and members will meet once a week to cover a different topic) 7. Easy to Search and Read Articles (company's team must have access into this section in order to submit articles for members. categories, search box, etc) 8. Interviews & Case Studies (company's team will submit interviews and case studies in order to get members read them) 9. Video & Audio Demonstrations (In this section, we will put audio and video clips for an audio and visual learning) 10. Breaking News (Constantly updated section with breaking news. fashion news, quick tips, reviews of new products and valuable resources) 11. Entertainment Section (will give to members a series Jokes, magic tricks, Surveys, News, etc) 12. Download Section (for ebooks, softwares, reports) ----------------------------------------------------- Notes: ====== - The whole members area must work all-in-one. No need to re-register to get another username and password to use any other feature.. For example, a visitor has just became a member and got access into the members area, that member, should NOT re-register to use forum, email ticketing system, etc because the membership site is gonna get complicated. (ONLY ONE REGISTRATION) - The membership script that is gonna handle the payment and membership registration process in order for members to choose their prefferable username and password, is gonna be the aMember script.
