Description:	I have decided to break this project up into parts to ensure it is done properly. We have a quarterly magazine and desire to create an online presence. We have decided to use Mambo and have already purchased the required templates. We are asking that you completely integrate 1 (one) template from the provided PSD file. It will be an ongoing project. This part of the project needs to be completed within 14 days. You must have excellent communication skills and we expect to be updated weekly. You will be paid at the completion and after the last experience - we will not place monies in escrow. We will NOT pay more than the allocated budget.
