Description:	We need a cover, contents page and department pages designed for a new IT magazine. All of them will be formats which will have the content changed each issue, so you are creating the look and feel of the magazine. You must have a great sense of design, and be able to offer some refreshing stunning layouts. The magazine is a weekly, so it may be something we will be offering as a weekly project, but not at this time. The first issue is January 3rd, 2005. You have a complete blank canvas for this, with no restrictions other that it has to fit the purpose, an IT business technology magazine for the North American market. We do not have a large budget for this project but whatever we agree to we will pay. We will only pay for it when the work is on our servers, and this is a rule we live by.
