Description:
I need a logo plus graphical design for a payment website to order Nigerian
Films via the Internet.

The website will handle the 'checking-out' stage from a shopping-cart which
will be filled by a remote website. If somebody wants to check out from this
remote website he will be re-directed to the payment website to enter the
shipping details and to make a secure payment. Therefore the payment website
will only consist of a few pages.

Requirements for logo:
- usable for website and printing
- name of company: Nigeria Films
- incorporate DVD disk in the design
- colors dark blue or purple with a bright color like pink or orange

Requirements of webdesign:
- fit on 800-600 resolution screens without horizontal scrolling
- header with logo on the left and space for other logos on the right.
- below the header comes a horizontal navigation bar with:
(Terms & Conditions, Company, Shipping, Contact Us)
- below this navigation var comes the actual page.

I only need the design of one page (1) in html format, namely the registration
page where the visitor can enter the following data:
Name
Address 1
Address 2
City
State / Province
Postal code
Country
Email Address
Account-name
Password
Confirm Password

Requirements:
- should use stylesheets (no font tags)
- buttons should be nicely formatted with stylesheets (no grey buttons)

Please respond with a portfolio showing logos which you have designed.

The actual shoppingcart will be filled by an external website. Once a buyer on
this external website decides to check out he will be redirected to the payment
website. On this payment website the visitor can specify his address, review the
shoppingcart, make a secure payment and return to the original website.

The overall requirement is that the website should breath confidence. People
will only visit this website








On this website visitors can register themselves, review the order and make a
secure payment. The actual order will be generated from an external website.
