Description:	This job involves programming as well as some design work. I need a complete content management system for an up and coming record label's website. The site has both an html and flash versions. The content will include a artist profile section, media section windows and real media streaming, photo gallery, news section, forum and info section. I would like to be able to add and manage this information from the backend and have it automatically updated in both the html and flash versions of the site.
