We offer a special service to churches for webpages. We would like to automate this process via our website. WE want churches to be able to come to the site, and order their website for their church online. When ordering, they should be able to choose the layout design they would like. (you will have to create either 100 different designs or 25 designs with 4 different color schemes for each of the 25.) They will choose from this list, which will be catagorized by color scheme/and or all will be displayed. *The script needs to record every time a layout has been chosen. Once a layout has been used 10 times, it should be taken off of the list. It should be easy for us and/or you to add in templates. (templates should be VERY GOOD QUALITY) Once the template has been chosen, they should go through a process to fill-in information...once the information has been filled in it will be automatically placed onto the webpage that it's suppose to go on. (Example: They will have a field to enter the time of their services...then that information will be automatically placed onto the page where their schedule of services appear.) Once they complete the process, the website should be up and ready to go, and they should not have to do anything. But, there should be an easy to use WYSIWYG editor, so that they can easily update their pages on their own. They should also be able to easily add pics. For example: there should be a field where they can list all of the names of their Deacons and with that they should have the option to upload the pic with the name...if not, they can do it later in the WYSIWYG editor. There should be an integrated payment system or somthing so that can pay we will have a PayPal account and Authorize.net account for credit cards and etc. They should also be able to, depending on the package that they choose (take a look at the current site and view packages), be able to easily manage a newsletter or somthing and etc in the members area/control panel. Once they complete the ordering process, all the information they filled out should be sent to us + the script should automatically place the information given during the ordering processing onto the page it belongs, and webpages,images, and etc. should be automatically zipped and listed in Admin area for download. Once we download we will create the webhosting account for the client, upload the unzipped files, make any additions if needed, and register the domain name for them. (You can tell them it will approx. 3-4 business days to complete their order. AS i mentioned above, there should be an admin section and a client section. Client section should be able to edit their site, and etc. easily.... Admin should be able to manage clients (add, delete, edit, etc,) download files zipped during the ordering process and etc. view orders and etc. I should be able to add admins (I would be the MASTER admin...others won't they should be able to only download the files and communicate with client via Ticket Support (please create this feature)...) More details may be added, and other features may be added to project as production goes on and I see improvements in areas. Monies upon completion and satisfaction, will be placed in escrow.
