This will be the best way to gauge price and quality of work. Most will be based of examples I will provide so the design work is not going to be really hard. Plus I can provide clear guidance as well. I have a monthly budget of $200-$400 for this type of work, html skills needed enough to prepare first html template page for site design. Most work will be mast heads and top banners of sites. and updating the current low quality of graphics on our current sites.
