www.playmygame.com in that I need a flash application that people can cut their heads out of photos and it will be uploaded to the flash file. However, there are going to be a few differences. Basically, I am going to create videos, convert them to flash format, and frame by frame add a layer called head.jpg. My idea would be to upload that flash file to a certain folder on my server, and then someone will upload their image, cut the head out like just like this: http://playmygame.com/editor.php?id_game=1. I would like the interface of how they choose the shape of the head to be different, but I would like the functionality of it to be the same. They should be able to refresh it to see how it looks on the site. After the user clicks to create, it should save the newly edited image as head.jpg, and put it in that file, so that the flash file has the new head.jpg on the file. Then, I would like this file to be converted to an SWF and displayed on a page like this. I’m not sure how you will create the flash player. As long as it has the Play, Pause, Stop (and preferably a rewind/fastforward dragging bar), I am happy. I would prefer if it comes out as a .FLV file, but if not, I suppose a .SWF is fine. I actually own a script which can be found at the website www.cargado.es and it has a .FLV player built in that you could mess around with if you desire. But a VERY important aspect of this site is that before every video plays, I would like to be able to put an advertisement in the spot. It should say “Please wait while your video loads” on the top. Below that it should say “(all links open in a new window)” and then below that the ad should be displayed. It can be however long I want it but I’ll probably keep it around 3-5 seconds. The REAL video should be loading in the meantime. If I choose NOT to have the video in the beginning, then I the video should start loading automatically. Actually, I guess the words on the top explaining the ad can be done on my end. But it is absolutely important that the ad is able to be displayed at the beginning. Also, if I want to place an advertisement like this at the end, I should have the option also. I guess it would be best to do it in flash as a .SWF file. So basically, I would like for there to be a file called ad1.swf (in the beginning) and ad2.swf (in the end) and when I place them in there, the ad will be displayed. But the current ad1.swf and ad2.swf is blank, then nothing should show up and the video should just play. I want people to be able to go to the site, click one of the thumbnails on the top at which point they will be taken to the page to add their face to that file. There should also be a link on the bottom of all the thumbnails that says “view all” and it will have all the flash files they can choose from. For that page, I would like to have a thumbnail as well as a small description about the file. On the main edit page, I would like to have a have a bigger description somewhere. I am up for anyway you want to do this, I just want to make it easy on the user and make sure it works! I need to have an easy way (preferably thru an admin area) where I can add a new flash file with the thumbnail that will be displayed on the site, title of the file which will go on the top of the video, small description of the video which will appear below the thumbnails, and long description, which will actually be on the pages of the videos, meta tag keywords and description for each page, and a description that goes on the top of the task or title bar of the web browser. Then, that new page will be created on the site, which will be a PHP page, and I can go onto it and edit the pages to add the comments on the bottom and things like that. Auto post video to MySpace, FaceBook, etc. from gigya.com (very easy to do). You just go to Gigya.com (I already have an account set up), and fill it in so that if someone pushes the button, it automatically posts the .swf file to whichever of their social network profiles they desire… I would also like for it to have basic optimization for search engines… All spots that say Advertisement on the WEBPAGES will be through PHP pages in a directory. If I want to change the advertisement, I should just be able to go into the PHP file and change the html there and it will be reflected on all the pages with that PHP inserted. Also, the video should work like a youtube video, in which it doesn’t play until someone clicks PLAY (like this page: http://ballsiest.com/sportsblog/2008/01/10/tyler-hansbrough-dunks-on-kenny-george/) which means that the actual file doesn’t load until someone clicks play. This is how I would like my videos to operate, both when they are embedded elsewhere and when they are on the site. I will confer with whomever I hire to how the main page will look. I think I would basically like for it to basically explain what the site does, have a directory of all the files they can choose from (with thumbnail and small description), and an advertisement. Very importantly, this site MUST be coded well. I don’t want any sloppy coding that will require me to go in and pay someone later on to fix!  Please email me any questions you may have.
