Description:	An online public drawing board done in Flash. For an example see www.drawball.com. This project is _not_ a clone of Drawball, that was just an example to show what I mean by public drawing board. The location of each user will need to be determined based on IP down to country or continent. That information will be used to determine a few variables. Like Drawball, I would also like to see limited ink set to a timer. I'm also going to need the ability to set a permanent background image to draw on, not just a white surface. Things like a grid, some _very_ simple stats and an If statement or two, and that's that. I'd like good contact during it's development as to fine tune some things to my needs.
