Description:

The project is to create flash based mixer that will mix MP3 or WAV file with
user recorded audio file (same format as previous file). The mix of the 2 files
will be saved into third audio file.

1. The Mixer is a standalone component
2. It receives as input MP3/WAV files from MySql Db
3. It can record voice from the PC microphone or get the file located on
the server.
4. It can mix the music and voice to a single file and save it to the Db
5. There should be control to allow the user to balance between the
volume between the 2 files.
