URGENT- We need one maybe two flash developers that we can work closely with
on an exact copy (logo and company name change) on
http://www.expeditors.com/graphics/locations/OfficeLocator.asp
We need the working copy within 2-4 hours and must be approved by the client.
The client said that he is not looking to spend no more then $200.00 on this; if
someone can do this and do a great job on it, there will be an average of 4-8
different projects from the same client.

We need to see examples of your work before we pick a service provider. We will
supply you with the offices that you need to add to the flash file.

We had a provider for this project, said that they could build it but have not
been able to reach this person since 4:00 pm EST need a person that understands
the project and can complete it within 2 hours.

Due to some other posting sites similar to this one, the client has
sent me a email telling me that he will not pay for the finished product until
he looks over it and approve it. We have had problems with over 4 diffrent
people on the same project.
