Netfirms Web Hosting for Small Business

Non-technical teacher using Camtasia Studio 4 has developed a series of videos
in SWF format to be distributed to students via CD. These videos are in Spanish
and are designed to teach the student how to use Microsoft Office applications.
I need a viewer/player that can be included on the CD that will automatically be
used to view the videos. Custom requirements of the viewer/player include fixed
viewer size, stay-on-top, DVD/VHS push button type controls, movable by dragging
to preferred screen location.
Student will be instructed to drag the viewer/player to the right bottom corner
of the screen and then perform actions in their version of the application while
watching the video.
I am told that there are shareware (source code available) viewers/players
available (example: Gnash) that can be modified to fit my needs. I do not have
the technical expertise to do this. I have no problem with filling my problem
this way.
I have attached a file that shows a mock-up of what I need.
