- Initial development stage - Ongoing client updates stage Initial Development What needs to be created is a Flash screen presentation or movie for a large 32 inch LCD which will be presenting menu items and specials for a fast food store. Ideally, the first movie will contain 8 scenes, each scene displaying some sort of special of the month, nutritional information or up-selling message. The storyboard is already created for the scenes, images are also available, the only thing that needs to be done is the Flash design. Scenes should be approx 30 second long, however for most of the time the movie is still, giving customers ample time to read the message. Ongoing client updates Here the work is substantially less but is more personalised for the client. Client informs us of the new scene and it’s created to suit. Further Requirements: - Flash movies must be customized to the client, eg: client store address and contact details included in one of the scenes. - Scenes in movies must be easily replaced and changed without editing whole movie, eg: client can pick and choose which of the scenes they would like and any additional they would like to add. - Any pricing should be able to be changed quickly. Eg: Flash files must include all original working files so editing can be done without the need to contact the Flash designer.
