Description:

We need an admin page created. It will have several form fields and the
information will be added to a database. The page will also have fields for
images to be downloaded from the internet source or uploaded from the hard
drive. These images will need to be cropped. The cropping tool will need to
create a sizable/movable bounding box that will conform to a constrained ratio.
Once the image contained inside the box meets our desired size and content, a
button is needed to crop the image at that size and save it to the server and
its location to the database. Also needed is the ability to increase sharness,
brightness or contrast ratio of the image. Think + or - buttons.

OK, I have looked around here enough to see that other people are
getting LOWER bids for such things as, a clone of scriptlance.com, a script that
will basically download every product Amazon sells and put it into a DB based on
categories, etc... So If you all want to charge me $350 - $900 for 1 page.
Sorry, I won't pay that. However, I will accept your bid for that price for a
complete admin center. As in it will allow me to view my previously entered data
is a listed format, allow me to edit each one individually and have various ways
to view only certain data.
Why am I asking for this? Well, I can make a form to input the data in about 15
minutes with 5 lines of PHP code and 15 lines of HTML. All I needed was the
flash image cropper. I am not a moron. I will not pay $350 for that when I can
probably find one on a Flash site that I could add to the form on my own.
