Description:	We have a site to build in FLASH along with an HTML mirror site. Also a small PHP/MySQL back end for Administrator to upload files (PDF only) for Visitor viewing/downloading and various articles (text). Log in feature for both Admin and Users. Admin can control (ie: edit/delete Users) Users and set permission for only certain files to be seen by certain groups of Users (either Domestic Users or International Users). Design (photoshop layered files) will be provided by us for both the FLASH and HTML layout of the site. Small FLASH intro also required. Pages will include for example: "Home, About Us, Staff/Board, FAQ's, Enquires" NOTE: This is not a big site, but the Client has high expectations for quality and design. If you are NOT experienced in FLASH please do not bid. This project also requires a short turn around time once design has been established. We will storyboard the FLASH for you!
