Description:	I need a sweet flash banner for the top of my webpage. I want an mp3 player in it customized to the banner to pull automatically from anything uploaded via ftp and create a playlist. I want volcanoes exploding, females dancing. I want something exotic, sexy, fun, and user friendly. I want the whole banner animated, so that its dancing along with the music. I want it to be based upon their local time and have the sunrise if its morning when they open up the page, the sun stand still when its daytime and the moon out when its night time... I want a beach background setting with a volcanoe on the side. I want the waves to crash against the sand and I want females hula dancing. I want the hula dancing to go along with the player. The player to be animated, and island like. Something like that... Let me know if any of you guys can do this...
