Description:	project is to take a vector illustration and animate it - first creating a very quick build (3-5 seconds, but intricate), then adding some animation loops within the composition. Illustration is attached (bitmapped) with explanation... please review. The explanation is fairly comprehensive, but will probably change somewhat.
