Description: |
I need a quick fix for a flash mx 2004 pro problem. Small coding job, or would like to purchase an existing loader component from somebody that wil fix the following problem. The main swf file is a showcase for 10 animation swfs which I'm loading into a 380 w x 277 h box on my main swf interface - and in the .exe version, they all look perfect. When I publish the same thing as a swf and put it online, the delay time in loading creates serious problems. First, the animations were loading super huge (I can't resize them - they are 4 years old and I can't find the .flas, and even using a FLA Imperator to extract - I have the problem that I want the user to be able to click to see the larger version - and I'd rather not eat up the MB to place 2 versions of each animation online). Then I added a preloader - and now a couple of different problems occur. First, the music starts while the percentage bar is still loading, and since the files are around 3.5 MB - the song is 1/2 over by the time the animation part comes on. 2nd, is that the loaded animation becomes way too small - resizing initially to the loader bar and not the loader component - it's bizarro - because if you click another button and click the animation button again - the thing then resizes perfectly. But these glitches make the whole thing quite a pain for people to deal with. What I want is for the external swf animations to stream in the little box - (I know they can stream, as the they were doing that before I added the preloader) - but despite following all sorts of "load external swf into mc" tutorials - I can't get these things (originally 800 w by 520 h) to resize correctly in the online version. I've used several loader components too - yet nothing seems to work. So I'm looking for a Flash MX 2004 pro who can fix my code or sell me a flash loader component that solves these issues. You can find the current thing online http://www.spanish.bz/flash/videos.htm thanks in advance! Stace Related Projects: This project is the proprietary information of .
