We need a custom flash file that we can customise with a config file. Look here http://www.slide.com/video_arrange Basically this is the idea, where you enter a youtube video url, it plays the video and adds a png image to the video player as an overlay. These are the additional things we need added 1. Be able to play multiple videos in a playlist, so video 1 then 2 then 3 etc. 2. Use a config file to decide what image to use for swf file. This will be placed on top of the video so transpancy will show through 3. Option to add another image on top of both that is animated, say for example I want 2 bars on each side that rotate, it needs to be able to load gifs, or or swf files and tell x&y coord where to place and width & height 4. Needs to be able to display title of video with config to tell x,y,width,height color, font 5. Needs to be able to display playlist also x,y,width and height, color. 6 Like link above, it also has option to search for videos, it needs to be able to call a page from our site to do this. All images, xy, width height should be stored in a config file of some type. We will discuss more details on this with programmer we choose. Please don't waste our time, if you are not great at actionscript, don't bother. We are looking for longtime work here and we need to be impressed with your knowledge, if you pull this off the way we want, we have many other projects to work on.
