The formats required are (max size 50k): 160 x 600 300 x 250 728 x 90 The theme is “To be a hero – Man receiving an award” Flash animation of a man receiving an award from his Boss for outstanding achievement - people clapping and cheering. The animation should be really animated (illustration/cartoon) and not use stock photo. Then the text "Want to be recognized in your company?" "Start advertising with Media Traffic" "Up to 6x more effective than Search Engine Marketing" Graphic elements needed: Action: A man giving another man an award. Action: Silhouette of clapping hands. Some confetti and party streamers and balloons coming down. Then the text slides in. Sentence 1, pause, Sentence 2, pause, Sentence 3 long pause. Corporate look, colors and logo must be preserved (see attached jpeg banners) The banner must be clickable and use getURL(clickTAG, "_blank"); when clicked, clickTAG being a variable.
