Description:

Task:
To program a video chat embedded application that can be integrated into a
dating site with a mysql database (I do not require integration) that looks
similar to Ivideochat.com, but will be an adult site. The application needs to
be embedded in a web page.
Looking for the following features.
1. P2P technology to reduce bandwidth for my server (runs IP to IP just like an
IM application like MSN messenger, only it is embedded)
2. Chat rooms: Add/Delete chat rooms from the admin panel
Chat rooms are like conferencing rooms where users can chat with other users and
click on their name to view their video (see http://www.Ivideochat.com) Users
can also create their own chat rooms.
3. Private Messenging. Users can private message other users.
4. Private Rooms. Users can create private rooms and invite other users to join
those private rooms.
5. Firewall Support & Webcam combatibility: The messenger can work around
firewalls the way eyeball offers:

and is compatible with most webcams
6. Emoticons. Users can post emoticons.
7. There is an admin panel where an administrator can ban other users.
The code must also be able to be easily modified in the future + I need to own
the full rights.
For the sign up process:
1. Users click on button: 'Add picture/video from webcam'. A window opens and on
it is a media area for their webcam. They press [take a picture] or [take a
video] and then it takes a picture or it takes a 10-20 second video. The user
then has the option to accept or redo. If accepted, the picture or video is
stored in the mysql database
