Description:	I am searching for someone who can perform quantity structural steel takeoffs based on architectural and structural drawings provided by us through email. This individual must have a background performing steel takeoffs from a fabrication standpoint and so forth. Examples of what we would be looking for in a detail quantity takeoff is: Steel Members: Columns (Type of Column, Length, Weight and Total Count along with Total Weight) Beams (Type of Beam, Length, Weight and Total Count along with Total Weight) Joists (Type of Joist, Length, Weight and Total Count along with Total Weight) Angles (Type of Angle, Length, Weight and Total Count along with Total Weight) This also applies to joist bridging, base plates, and other steel items. Our typical projects range from 100 tons to 400 tons in size and can typically take a day or two for complete takeoffs to be perform. Our budget is $30 to $50 per day.
