I would like a website designed. We are a family business in a rural setting. We have been operating since 1991. We have 5 personnel. Our business consists of four sections. 1. Stainless steel, steel and aluminium fabrication 2. Toolroom 3. Press Shop 4. Sheet Metal fabrication. Our press shop has 7 incline presses ranging from a 2 tonne button to 40 tonne presses. We press components using coil steel or sheet cut up in our sheet metal fabrication shop. Our sheet metal fabrication workshop has a 100 tonne hydraulic brake press, 45 tonne shear and punch machine and a hydraulic guillotine able to cut up to 6mm mild steel. We therefore can cut and fold material. As we are a home business with a council home business permit. We have low overheads and can therefore be very competitive. We employ a toolmaker who is able to build a press tool and then our press shop can manufacture the component. All maintenance on the tools are done in our own toolroom. We specialise in custom built items. We can from a drawing build anything in stainless ,mild steel , or aluminium.
