Description:	I want to start a website that contains hard to find manuals and information. The vision that I have is that everyone will have to join, and there will be 3 ways to download, you can upload information or email it for download credit, purchase a one file download, or subscribe yearly. I would like it to be a dynamic website that uses a database and to update the website with new manuals, all I would have to do is update the database. I would like a treeview type structure that would be based on the database. The would also need to be a search function.
