Description:	This Application is much like the POCKET (TEMS) application come with Sony Ericsson phones. It doesn't matter for what phone this software is porting it should only have the following features 1.Should display all the surrounding GSM cell information (better if the signal strength can be visualised) 2.Application should able to provide user an interface to enter the required channel no.(In GSM we call it ARFCN and in 3G its UARFCN) 3. Finally application should interact with the channel details provided and lock the phone to only communicate with the given channel only. (Eventually This is a much more simplified version of TEMS Application) If writing with OMAP platform is comfortable Nokia N series can be used as a test case.
