Included is the ability to specify a total weekly allowance of computer usage which when reached will block access till restored by you or the next week begins. Restrictions and Time Control can even be set for each individual user. Must be designed for Win XP. Must run as a Windows Service. Must works on NTFS or FAT32. Must automatically recognize and work with the Windows Users. We preffer to have it implemented in Delphi 7. But we will evaluate proposals in C# (if the source can be edited and compiled using C# Express Edition). The coder can use the component dWinlock (http://dwinlock.kassl.de/) We gonna buy the license of this component. The sources and copyrights must be included. The project must have a constant file that makes it easily to translate.
