"SNGEGT" (attached) to make it automated. ********************************************************** First let me apologize for any inccorect programming-options I selected that may not be necessary to complete this project. I have little programming knowledge and just clicked a few I thought were relevant ;) SNGEGT is a program that works with Pokerstars online poker software. The premium version of SNGEGT (known as SNGEGT-GT version) takes data from poker tables and performs calculations in real time - it then informs the user of the profitability of their current hand. When the user sees that their expectation is +ve or -ve, they can choose the mathematically correct decision. I have attached SNGEGT and the license file for its premium version. Pokerstars software can be found at Pokerstars' website and is free to download. For practice and familiary, try using play money and enroll in 9 or 10 person Sit and Go's to see how they work. I will provide funds for the programmer's real money account once progress has begun with the program, so that it can be tested properly. HOW THE SNGEGT-GT PROGRAM (the one that needs to be automated) CURRENTLY WORKS: We'll use a situational example... Joe (who knows nothing about poker hand profitability) is playing in a sit and go tournament at Pokerstars. He is using SNGEGT-GT version. On his screen he has his Poker table as well as the program window. He is dealt the 2 of diamonds and 3 of hearts. It is his turn to act and he must determine what to do. He sees his tournament # at the table he has the 2d3h at sees the corresponding number in the SNGEGT-GT window (in this case, 88112493). This is marked in yellow writing in the attached image. He clicks on the 'Pokerstars: 88112493' part of SNGEGT-GT's window, then clicks on compute (circled in green) and it performs its calculations to determine the equity of Joe's hand. (It uses ICM equilibrium calculation, irrelevant to the programming aspect of this). After it is done calculating (2 seconds or less), it outputs the 'EV Diff' of Joe's going all-in vs. folding (google poker terminology). This is circled in blue in the attached image. Joe sees that the EV Diff of going all-in is -1.1% so he folds. He clicks the Poker table button that corresponds to 'fold.' This is circled in white in the attached image. This is an example of how the program works. I will get more specific when someone takes on the project. WHAT I NEED DONE: I need this process to be automated. I want the program to be modified, or a new program to be made that uses SNGEGT-GT and acts according to its calculations (-% = fold, +% = raise). I also want it to be able to run 8 tables at a time, hopefully in the desktop background so the user can do other tasks at the same time. If it could have an automatic registering system (based on buy-in, and # of games desired) for pokerstars tournaments that would be great too - not essential but good. I also want it to be able to have a license file so that it cannot simply be copied and distributed. A key generator of sorts would be excellent. I have a lot more specific information about this that I will discuss when someone accepts the task. It is not more work, merely better instructions and answers to common questions regarding poker or the program. It will probably make everything easier. This means that there is a pre-selected amount of player spots available. Once enough people have registered to fill these spots, the tournament begins. Most often, a sit and go tournament is a single-table tournament. This means that once ten people register for the tournament, the tournament commences. **************************** Other possible questions: Q: Is SNGEGT Windows Vista compatible? A: SNGEGT uses features which require administrator rigths on Windows Vista if user access control has been enabled.
