Description:	A simple downloadable program where the user can import an image (JPG or PNG) to create a background, then import a second image (JPG) into the foreground. The user will be able to crop, resize, rotate, and move the foreground image, then save the finished work as a JPG file. The functions required are already in many graphic design programs, but we require a basic program with the other usual features removed, so our customers can easily and intuitively create a simple graphic arrangement of two images. Program to be easily downloaded and installed by our customers. We must be able to provide a virus free assurance. To operate under Windows 98 & later.
