The only way to contact someone is to visit the site and select someone who is online (all this part PHP+SQL is home-made). Ideally, this program must be compatible with most Windows version, or if possible, coded in java to be compatible on all platforms. The ad must be taken from a page of the site (refreshed). So in practice : -1- the visitor come on my site -2- he select someone who is online (special link ??) -3- the application is launched and the video+sound+text chat begins all of this with P2P connection for webcam/text and audio.
