normal orderform fields along with picking thier type of payment..... credit card....moneyorder....check...etc...... when they click on creditcard a box opens on the page so they may put in the required information...there will be required fields and non-required fields....the products are not tied into any type of shopping cart so there will need to be a box or a few lines for them to input thier order along with add on embroidery lettering....this form will then be e-mailed to 3 different e-mail addresses.....after they hit submit they will be sent to another "thank-you" information page.... we may need you to install this on our server also.... we then need another page based on the same one with a few minor changes to use to collect creditcard information, on another site , for payments from e-bay We process the credit cards manually so there is no payment gateway involved... We are flexiable so suggestions or ideas are welcomed...database to keep orders by date and time etc? not required but like I said we are open to ideas that make life easier...
