bit of everything. I need realistic goals and stuff done on time as my primary requirements. I currently work with a few outsourcing companies in europoe and indian but from my past experiences end up baby sitting and spending way to much time fixing issues that a good project manager should handle. On a weekly basis i have about 1 - 2 projects i need a programmer / db admin to be involved within.. ranging in size.. I consult for a few companies as their CTO and give them ideas for new stuff and its up to me to design it or manage that it gets done. This new project is an interesting one, I need to work with someone to either develope or simply install software that we buy and do a bit of research or advise on what is best. I currently have 20 flash files all the same size and i need them rotating and links clickable for each of the banners to different landing pages. Its something like a banner management software. or something custom built.. i don't need advanced tracking just an easy way to insert new banners or control how they are being rotated, for how long and to what pages each one goes to. This person would let me know how long it would take to develope something like this and give me a few options from hotscripts.com or other sources that might be already built.. but you would install it and make sure it works, do complete testing and so on.. Then we wil be able to move on to the next project.. bigger and better things... please provide me with your past sample within pm. I am hoping to find someone really soon and get start.
