Currently needing solutions for drop and dragging datagrids, sorting and prioritizing records, filtering, as well as making the whole application looking very nice with the interface. You will be the sr programmer and telling them what should be worked on also. Someone with project management skills, vb, and ms sql skills. i would be paying hourly. I can put in a deposit and figure out the rest as we go. Advanced and sersious programmers only. Remember this is a project management job also. I have a good team but someone who knows how to do things without research code for 3 days is very important. I also have other projects i am working on.
