Description:	I'm looking for a tool that can take a folder(s) full of text or HTML files and create a 'time-release' RSS feed of each of the individual files in the folders... IE I have blog posts written, but want to feed them to my blog at a set interval. I would be willing to guess this sort of thing is already out there, if you've got one let me know. If you know how to build one, let me know that as well! ...OR... if you have the tool that can create RSS feeds from database entries (say MySQL) that would work for my needs as well. Thanks!
