I need a clone of www.easyroommate.com. or www.flatmateclick.co.uk Project includes frontend and admin backend. Graphic layout would be provided for already except for maybe minor work to tweak along with the scripting.Primarily work is in the scripting.I think its most suitable for those already done similar sites. Please do not post me any of those commercial monster templates or realty templates and expect me to believe to be your own work or for that matter, to be assumed to be self explanatory. If you do send me a template for reference, kindly include a brief functionality description. Registering in the website is free. You will need to understand the normal registered user and premium subscribed member CONCEPT of the website, before creating. Please register on that website to see the MemberArea to experience the features. Once the member registers, he is able to create his profile and post his comments. Most importantly,the premium members allows their own form of contact whether by email contact and mobile contact be seen and also see all other user profile's contact. Whereas, normal members form of contact remains hidden and only allowed to send and receive interest.Therefore, it would be most effective and productive to be a premium member in order for your form of contact be seen by all and also being able to see everyones form of contact All new register members with new profile would have first to be approved by admin before being posted into the website. The Admin would have to review the comments before being posted on the site. These new profile listings would appear on the site but would have general comments that "The comments posted are being reviewed,please check back here shortly." Meanwhile, these new profile listing would be emailed to any members who subscribed to be notified of new posting. All new listing and existing profiles that has been edited needs to be updated into the database. I will have to add a few minor additions/change in the search criteria due to different countries geographic location and transport systems. Those at easyroommate.com only offers room availability and flatmates.I will need to add anotherlisting search for whole unit apartment/house. available and apartment/house search added This must be able to be easily configured by Admin when more countries are added. In Summary, the general specs as follows. 1) Functionality based upon www.easyroommate.com or www.flatmateclick.co.uk/ 2) Cater for 'I HAVE A ROOM'and 'I AM LOOKING FOR A ROOM'/'I HAVE AN APARTMENT/HOUSE' and 'I AM LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT/HOUSE' 3) Membership Module: a. To allow an account for each user for ADMIN management purposes b. To randomly select new members w/photos to be posted on main page of various countries for preview listings c. User become basic member on registeration d. user to be able to log in upon selection of country of registration at login page. e. To enable email verification for signing up f. Basic member can upgrade to premium membership g. Enable an internal email system for members h. To enable a counter for new registered member in each country 4) Criteria Module a. Search/Posting Criteria tablet Form, listing available/desired accommodation’s criteria 5) Search Listing Module a. Able to retain last search b. Basic default Search and Advanced search..partial of budget rental,gender,location c. Adanced search may include by nearest train station.Therefore, a link should be enable for local transportation system search. d. To allow basic member to only reply to email and disable initial send email d. Will have a “just basic member” id icon e. Will have Hits Count of each ads f. To enable admin to call out any member or unique customer id# in database for full details of profile and history l. To enable coupon validation submitted for redemption by basic members. m.
