Description:

Web Site exists. an custom adrotator is in place already.

I need a backoffice tool to upload new banners (aspsmartupload component
available) in a given directory and record the target url.
The amount of displays must be known (no db update for each display... find a
better solution !)
A ratio can be specified to set the number of times the banner will be
displayed out of a given number of banner displays.... ex: on 100 banner
displays, this banner must be displayed 30 times....

On the client side, the banner is rotated every "x" seconds and
replaced by another one.
ex: home page displayed: banner1 displayed... after 10 seconds, banner2 is
displayed (but the page is not reloaded...of course)
Js already exists.

Last thing, pages will be identified with "tags"...
For each banner, a list of tag will be provided and the banner will have to
show of the pages that hold this tag.

Ex:
Banner1:
- Tags: home, shop, gallery

Banner2:
- Tags : shop, gallery

etc...
