I have freelancer script installed on my server, and I have a design already made; http://www.imouse.hostultra.com/Chef/Chef02.html So I need someone to make that design above, and put it with the script. Have the login at the right of the first box, have the newest projects appear under it. Have the manage account in the main part. Basically make the script fully integrated with design. Also make it easly transferable. Meaning, after the site is done complete on my server transfer it into another server. Also, You will need to put in the content, and stuff like that. No design work, just programming basically. I need someone good with CGI/Perl and HTML . Also who is pretty fast, and knows the freelancer script, or atleast is really good with CGI/Perl to get this done.
