Description:	Looking for an efficient script to be done that logs surfers ip address along with other options. Simply the script should database all the surfer(s) IP address and based off if they are a first time visitor or not to be redirected to another page. I.E. If they are a first time visitor the surfer gets redirected to a specific webpage and if they are not first time visitor (either 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc time visiting the site) they are redirected to another web page. Need it to be fast and efficient and suggested MySQL but if there might be a faster way to do it I would like to have that instead.
