The screen shots provided are part of the screens needed. The detail databases
are submitted.
We desire a stated bug-fix time of at least 60 days.
We would desire a working demo to look at while programming is being done so we
may comment on it...we would expect the programmer to select the domain name for
us to be able to monitor and examine the work as it progresses. This program is
the 1st of two (2). We desire a good working realtionship so that the work
completed in our first program will flow into the second program seamlessly. We
have the major portion of the workflow chart done but all understand that some
limited "alerts" and or "decision boxes" may have to link or hyperlink to parts
of the main program. before programmer acceptance

Please submit your requested payment methods and define what
triggers "payment". We would desire to hold a portion of the project in escrow
until the 60 day bug-fix period has elapsed, unless we agree to do it otherwise.
We would prefer, to get it sooner than later, however we will respect your time
constaints. The management of Lewis has previously designed and written two
programs (in old FoxPro for Dos) which were used in our business in early 90's,
The program files for the foxpro were custom written and were 4,389,617 in size.
We believe we have a fairly good concept of how to utlizie relationship db's
If we are successful the programmer will "benefit" from a steady stream of
program development as we have contacts nationwide with our consulting business.
