 Dear Friends,

I have a project which needs simple typing from tiff images into excel sheet.
The source file is printed matter. The fields are (as you can see first five
fields are related to name only) mentioned below.
1. Surname
2. Forename
3. Middle Name
4. Third Initial
5. Fourth Initial
6. Date of Birth
7. Ref_District
8. Ref_Vol.
9. Ref_Page.

There are on an average 38 characters per record. As per our experience a person
having typing speed of 50 WPM can easily complete 250-300 records in an hour.
The volume of the project is in millions.

Please contact me with your competitive bid and capacity to handle data per day.

Attached is the sample image and Here are some more details on the project.

We will be first award the pilot project to one of you. Decision will be made on
17th May 2008.

The Pilot Project will consists approx 150,000 records. And the turnaround time
will be of 7 working days. Start date will be 20th May 2008 and the end date
will be 27th May 2008.

The project needs to be completed with pure data entry.

Our budget is 12 INR ($0.28) per 100 records. Please take off your bid if this
is not in your interest.

Sorry Guys......... Again I forget to mention the total volume.

There will be more than 10M records and need to be completed in 15 months.
