We need a website similar to the quote section at the following link. http://w *w w.h ol* * i *day*-r* en * *tals.* co.** uk (obviously, remove the * and spaces) Project includes the population of a mysql database with all property details currently on the above site (including photos). Completed site and mysql database must be fully integrated and functioning as per reference site. Design to look different to reference site. Design to be agreed as part of this project, and should include the space and facility to easily add/amend banner adverts. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1. Please DON’T ask me to visit your site to look into all links that are not relevant to this project 2. Please provide me with links to 3 or 4 web sites incorporating the above (coldfusion / mysql / etc.) that you have developed. I would like to get the user ID and password of the front and back ends of the website to prove those were developed by you 3. Please review these requirements fully before making a bid. PAYMENTS Payments will be made according to the terms we agree upon. Money will be released according to project milestones/payment terms. If you have doubt in producing the site PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A BID, I don’t wish to waste your time or mine. If we agree on a price my expectations are that the project will be completed for that amount we had agreed on. I shouldn't get after the agreement that the project should have been more. So please bid accordingly. I will need the complete backup of site and database on CD as well as a complete set of instructions for installation. Selected Bidder must be on email, Yahoo, Hotmail, GMAIL, etc... DAILY, we will expect DAILY updates as well as links to previews/designs every step along the way.
